9 weeks!

Well I am now in my ninth week of my 2nd pregnancy and so far it hasn't been too different from my 1st other than the morning sickness. I haven't actually thrown-up yet, close, but mostly just nausea. I threw up pretty much everyday from week 10-12 with Mark so we will see what comes in the future. I also forgot how tiring pregnancy is...my body is going through some major changes, but it's amazing how quickly I've forgotten how bad it can be. Some days are better than others, but I have to remember to get a good night's sleep every night. When I get behind I'm worthless the next day for sure.

Baby is the size of a strawberry this week with formed limbs. It's amazing how quickly this little life starts to form. I haven't gained any weight according to the scale, but my stomach is looking pregnant. All my weight on my belly has shifted to the center. I can no longer wear any of my shorts, but I'm still wearing some of my jeans. I pulled out my maternity clothes this weekend to get them ready. I will have to buy a few things for the remainder of the summer. Most of my maternity clothes are winter clothes b/c that's when I really started to show with Mark. I was pregnant around the same time, but your body starts to show so much faster with the 2nd baby.

I hope to keep up with this every week so I can document all the changes. I wish I had started a blog earlier so I could have done this with Mark. I haven't taken any pictures yet, but as soon as I do I will post those.

Have a great week!

Here we go again!

Well I've been on a blogging strike, but not a purpose. Life has been crazy lately! I have a toddler who keeps me very busy and oh now I'M PREGNANT!

It was a total surprise for us, but now we are completely thrilled! I haven't enjoyed being nauseous, but other that I'm doing great. We are due sometime in January. We will know a definite date when I have my first ultrasound. I'm 8 weeks and glowing. Mark has been so sweet, and he says he wants a sister :) I didn't brainwash him or anything. He decided it all on his own. I know he will be a wonderful big brother!
