1 week!

A week from today we will find out if we are having another little boy or a little girl! I cannot explain how impatient I am. For those of you who have children know that this day is very much anticipated. All the guessing will finally be over, and we can start preparing for this new little life. My mom is probably as anxious as I am...she's already bought some girl clothes. Hopefully it hasn't jinxed us, but they were so cute who could have refused ;)

I just pray that no matter the gender, baby is healthy and growing great. Please keep us in your prayers as this big day approaches! I'll be sure to announce the big news after phone calls are made, and we have our Revealing party with our close group of friends. Pictures of week 14 belly to come as well. God bless!

Hurry up!

So lately I have been so over summer, and very much ready for fall! There are so many things to look forward to and I would love to just fast forward ahead to September. There are a few things in August I'm looking forward to, but the rest of the month could quickly go by and I wouldn't care! August 4th is the big ultrasound day and hopefully the day we get to find out whether we will be welcoming a baby boy or girl into our family. This day is what I'm most excited for, although one other date is very special. The 21st is my hubby's 26th birthday and the day we move to our new apartment in Auburn :) Yay! Finally, I will live and work in the same town. I can't tell you how happy I am this day is coming! It's the little things :)

On to September... Who's ready for football season? I know I am! I work so much more during this time of year, but it is so much fun! You have to experience Auburn to know what I mean, but there is excitement and unity throughout the city during this time. War Eagle!

I love it, and I'm so glad my children will get to live and hopefully grow-up in this town. I didn't think I would ever want to raise my children in a college town, but it's not what I thought at first. I love Mark's daycare, and Auburn schools are amazing (so I've heard).

I am also looking forward to fall festivities like pumpkin carving, going to the pumpkin patch, Halloween, and Thanksgiving! Holidays are so much more fun when you have babies. We went to the pumpkin patch for the 1st time last year, and Mark wasn't too sure about it. I'm hoping this year he will love it and actually want to pick out a pumpkin this year!

I am also ready for some cooler weather and lots of family time. I'm not sure how we are going to spend our time during the holidays this year since we won't be living in the same city. We will have to spread time out wisely to be able to see everyone! Christmas has always been my favorite holiday, not b/c of gifts (which are nice), but b/c I just love being with family and doing things like making cookies for Santa and decorating the tree. I just love how homes feel so much warm and friendly during Christmas. It's just a happy time!

I know I have probably bore you all to death with my ramblings. Thanks for hanging in there if you are still reading :) Hope you all have a great weekend!

12 weeks and counting!

Here are my 12 week belly pictures! I am now 13 weeks pregnant, and feeling much better than the previous weeks. I still have moments of nauseousness, but they are better (THANK GOODNESS). I seem to have a regular appetite now, and getting more energy every day. I'm starting to feel like my old self, with an addition of a belly ;)
I am so ready to see my little baby at my next doctor's appointment. It cannot come soon enough. I'm also ready to start planning and getting ready for the little girl or guy. I won't have to much preparation if I'm having another boy, but it will still be fun to get his new bedding, etc. If I'm having a girl, I will have much to do. Luckily I still have lots of time!
I hope everyone has a great week!

12 week check-up!

Tomorrow I will officially be 12 weeks, and baby is right on track! I had my check-up this morning, and both baby and Mommy look great :) The baby's heartbeat was 160, and growth was perfect! My blood pressure and everything was good too. August 4th is the big day!! We will know if it will be baby boy or baby girl Adams! I can't wait! I am already so in love with this little bundle...as soon as I heard the heartbeat I melted! I'll take some pics this weekend and post them next week. Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend :)

Mark's 1st beach trip!

We, along with 11 of our friends, spent July 4th at the beach this year. It was also Mark's 1st beach trip! He had a blast, and we enjoyed a much needed vacation :) It went by too fast, but it was wonderful!

10 weeks!

I'm nearly 11 weeks pregnant and so ready for my 2nd trimester! I am so thankful to have a little baby inside of me, and I hate complaining about being sick....but it has been an awful week. Today is the best day I have had this week. I've puked several times this week and just been plain irritable. Hopefully 1 more week to go of this and it will be over. I'm definitely crossing my fingers!

We have finally decided on a boy and a girl name, so when we find out in August I will let the blogging world know. For now, it's my little secret. I do hope I'm having a girl, but having another boy will be just fine as well. Little boys are so much fun, and if I am having another boy I hope he loves me like Mark loves me. He's definitely a Momma's boy, not an annoying one though ;)

Here is my week 10 belly shot! Week 11 belly shots will be taken at the beach! Hope everyone enjoys their 4th :)
